Walt Croom is the director of the Military Fellowship Center in Jacksonville, NC.
As a result of the decision by the Department of Defense to move the troops from Aberdeen Proving Ground in Maryland, Walt realized that God was leading them to a new area to minister.
After many years of working with service men and women in Aberdeen, Walt and his wife Judy, began to pray about a new location. After much prayer and consultation they purchased the property here at 201 Zack Circle in Jacksonville, North Carolina. In this last year, many projects have been done to upgrade the buildings and make them functional for the Military Fellowship Center. Our goal is to make this "A home away from home" for permanent personnel stationed here, as well as those with orders to school here for a short period of time. We desire to be a blessing to those sacrificing so much for this great country!
